History
The San Jose Spiders were a professional ultimate disc team that relocated to Oakland in 2022. Founded in 2014 in San Jose, the team performed well winning back to back championships in 2014 and 2015. The Spiders did not win the championship again in San Jose, moving to Oakland for the 2022 season. The San Jose Spiders played in the West Division of what was then known as the American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL), now the UFA.
Currently the Oakland Spiders play in the West Division of the Ultimate Frisbee Association (UFA). During their time in San Jose the Spiders played games at Foothill College (Los Altos, CA) and Oakland Tech High School.
